Transaction image is missing
Software: MoneyWorks v6 accounting software
My client imported an image (PDF file) into Sales Invoice transaction, saved the transaction, reopen the Sales Transaction, and click Display Image, an error message prompted:
Besides, the Transactions folder was not automatically created under the Pictures for <Company> folder.
With help from Dr. Grant, finally we found the problem …
In the company detail (from Show menu | Company Detail) there is a spurious space at the end of the Name field.
Simply delete off the extra “spacing”; you will able to import images without any problem.
