What’s an incident?

  • An Incident is a SINGLE issue or question.
  • Solving an issue can take one or several calls/emails, depending on the complexity of the issue to be solved.
  • Non-billable incidents are at the sole discretion of our support staffs.
  • The response time to an incident call shall be within 8 working hours
  • The turn-around time to an incident is dependent on the complexity of the problem reported.
  • Includes all usage issue pertaining to Software, excludes technical issues (like software bugs – Software Developer’s responsibility).
  • Support will be carried out by Phone or Email.
  • On-Site support, or Direct Service via Remote Access or Database Repair, if deem necessary, is chargeable at 3 incidents per hour.
  • Excludes data entry, teaching (topics on Sales & Marketing), software upgrades and data migration (unless otherwise agreed).
  • All incident packs are valid for one year from date of purchase.
  • For higher discounted Incident Packs (25, 50, 100), please contact us.

ACT! Basic Training

Course Overview

The class is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of ACT! features. Topics include an overview of the application’s interface, scheduling and completing activities and using the calendar. By the end of the class participants will also be able enter new contacts, add information to existing contacts, send and receive e-mail from within ACT!, correspond via mail merge documents and letters as well as create groups, or subsets, of contact records.

Prerequisite

A basic knowledge of Windows, a familiarity with Microsoft Word, and a familiarity with e-mail are necessary to complete this course.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for new ACT! users and lays the foundation to ensure productivity using ACT!.

ACT! Advance Training

Course Overview

The ACT! Advanced class explores many of ACT! powerful features including working with queries, customizing the ACT! database fields & user interface to systematically organize contacts and provide easy navigation for all ACT! users in a organisation. This class also provides a comprehensive overview of the database synchronization functions, administration of user access, and details the procedures involved with creating document & e-mail templates for mail-merging. Finally, participants will be introduced to the reporting tools in ACT! and will be provided with an overview on how to view, modify and clone reports.

Prerequisite

A basic knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and SQL Server and Windows, a familiarity with Microsoft Word, a familiarity with e-mail, and successful completion of ACT! Basic User are necessary to complete this course.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for ACT! users who need to administer the ACT! databases & users, to maximise the utilisation of ACT! in his/her organisation.
