Course Overview:

QuickBooks is a comprehensive integrated accounting system for small and medium-size enterprises. This course consists of both lectures and tutorials to familiarize and equip the participants on how to use QuickBooks to manage their day-to-day accounting operations.

Target Audience:

QuickBooks user or anyone interested in having a hands-on step-by-step approach in learning all the features/functions of QuickBooks computerized accounting system. Participant must have basic accounting and PC usage knowledge.

Duration: 2-Days (From 9am to 5pm)

Been using this Quickbook since 2005 and I find it very user-friendly and easy to use. Off course Mr Lim helps a lot to clarify most of my earlier doubts. Definately a worth to invest software.

we bought the software more than one year ago and Mr. EH Lim provided the training. The software is very user friendly. We recently concluded our Audit FY2008. It was much easier and faster this year compare to the years before.
The training was one-to-one and Mr. Lim teached me step-by-step how to use the program. I was able to ask a lot of questions, get solutions to company specific problems and still had time to make my own notes. I can only recommend it.

I bought Quickbooks Accounting for Small Business about a month again. (Finally!). I have tried several other off-the-shelf accounting software before finally deciding to purchase it. Simply because it is so user friendly. I am not trained in Accounts at all (aka.. I use excel and word to do my accounts for the past 7 years).
Attending the complimentary intro session is really useful to find out if the software and which version is suitable for my business. The trainer, Mr EH Lim, really knows the software at the back of his hand, amazing!
It was a pleasant surprise to get another half day of complimentary training after purchasing the software. In order to make full use of the training session, I installed and tried using the software and list down all the questions I have and ask during the training session. The training session is comprehensive enough for me as a layman with no account background. The “HELP” function which is available in many strategic places of the software is very comprehensive too (and printable as well).
Oh, the software is smart enough to remember previous transactions, so i save a lot of time.
