QuickBooks – Unexpected Error
Software: QuickBooks 2007/08
Frequently, I had user asking me about having “Unexpected Error” when they launched QuickBooks 2007/08 Asia version.
This error was caused by the security setting in the IE (Microsoft Internet Explorer) was too high.
To resolve it, simply launch your IE, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. In the Internet Options window, go to the Security tab; click the “Default level” button to return the security setting to default level. Apply your new setting and re-launch your QuickBooks again, it should resolve your issue.
