QuickBooks error C=224

Lately, some QuickBooks users (Canadian 2011 and 2012 version) reported that they were having C=224 error when they tried to backup or opening reports.
From Intuit support site, it stated that C=224 error is caused by broken links in the file and it is non-fatal.
Although, it is non-fatal, user should do a rebuild data and follow by verify data to ensure that their QuickBooks data is “healthy”.
